This 4-day intensive training course on Xmas Trees and Well Heads Operation and Testing will cover:

Course Objectives
The main objectives of this Energy training course are to: (1) emphasize the significance of Well Heads and Xmas Trees, and examine the potential issues that may compromise their integrity, as well as overall well integrity; (2) highlight the importance of proper cementing to prevent future issues with Well Heads and well integrity; and (3) gain a clear understanding of SAP pressures, their origins, and their impact on safety and the well life cycle.
By the end of this Xmas Trees and Well Heads Operation and Testing training course, participants will be able to:
- Establish the connection between surface equipment (Well Heads) and downhole operations
- Investigate leaks and identify their root causes
- Calculate tubing pressures based on factors such as perforation depth, fluid density, and bottom hole flow pressure (BHFP)
- Analyze SAP pressures using well pressure monitoring techniques with 2-pen and 3-pen recorders
- Explain how corrosion models affect MAASP pressures and influence the overall well life cycle
Training Methodology
This Energy training course will be presented using properly designed slides, some with animation and several videos on relevant issues. A printed manual containing all the slides and/or electronic from in PDF will be delivered to each attendant. Teaching methods include also calculations on related issues.
